Landsnet Dynkur: the disruption log on a desktop monitor and a laptop

Landsnet’s control center logged operational disruptions in a legacy system. It was inefficient and overly complex.

The legacy system

The old system was a long form for every disruption.

Workshops

I ran workshops with Landsnet staff to map the functions and features the new system needed.

Wireframes and prototypes

From the workshops I drew wireframes. Then I made clickable prototypes.

I tested the prototypes with control-center staff and changed them after each round.

The design system

I built a design system: type, colour and interface elements.
